Person-centred care is the guiding principle that governs my work as a psychologist. My style of practice is quite dynamic, which means that I take guidance from you about how you want your treatment and sessions to be structured. I will work with you to understand your unique concerns and goals for therapy.
The initial focus of therapy with me will be to build your insight and help you understand the unhelpful patterns that impact your daily life and cause you emotional, behavioural and relationship problems.
Drawing on this understanding, I will support you to develop practical skills to help deal with your difficulties and increase your psychological wellbeing. I believe that a safe and non judgemental therapeutic space is integral to this process. I have experience working with people of all age groups from 16+ but primarily work with adults, focusing on younger adults. I also provide couples therapy using a Schema Therapy approach.
I am also a Board Approved Supervisor and offer clinical supervision to provisionally and generally registered psychologists. I also offer primary and secondary supervision to psychologists completing the Clinical Psychology Registrar program.

I think some of the most important qualities I hold as a person and clinical psychologist are that I am very warm, I am someone you can relate to and even though I take my work seriously I don’t take myself too seriously.
I work really hard to create a space where you can feel safe, cared for, seen and understood. I see us as a team, with the goal of working together to help you gain a deeper understanding of your own issues and build healthier ways of managing them, so that you can live a better life.
I enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and working with complex mental health issues. I work with adults and young people aged 16+, and I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ identifying people.
I am also a Board Approved Supervisor and offer clinical supervision to provisionally and generally registered psychologists. I also offer primary and secondary supervision to psychologists completing the Clinical Psychology Registrar program.

I aim to create a warm, empathetic, and supportive space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is person-centred and collaborative, meaning we’ll work together to understand the patterns, perceptions, and life experiences that might be contributing to challenges like anxiety, depression, or stress. I believe that therapy is about more than just managing symptoms — it’s about gaining insight, building resilience, and finding new ways to move forward.
I support people with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism, learning difficulties, executive functioning challenges, and interpersonal issues. I mainly draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), but I’m flexible in my approach and tailor therapy to suit each person’s unique needs and goals. I’m especially passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, and have a strong interest in supporting people with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and OCD in ways that feel affirming and empowering.
Outside of work, I love playing the drums, getting lost in a good book, and spending time with animals whenever I can. Creativity and connection are really important to me, and I believe they play a big role in mental health and overall wellbeing.

I believe that everyone deserves to lead a happy and healthy life, whatever that may look like for them. Sometimes a mental illness, difficult life transition, or simply “feeling stuck,” can get in the way of that. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and reflect on what you want out of therapy, and together, we can figure out how to get you there.
I am privileged to work with people from different walks of life, with various challenges, such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and past trauma. I like to use a blend of evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy (ST), while also allowing for flexibility and creativity, depending on what is right for you. My interpersonal style is warm and curious, but I’m not afraid to gently challenge you if you need it!
Recovery and healing can be hard work, so having the right psychologist in your corner can make all the difference. I hope that in our work together, you can feel empowered to make the changes you wish to see.

I am dedicated to helping people explore the sacredness of life and develop deeper connections with themselves and others.
I bring an open heart to understanding your unique values and worldview, balanced with pragmatic, goal-focused clinical guidance. I view our relationship as an integral part of the therapeutic process and offer an honest and compassionate environment to explore how we work together.
I have special interests and experience in working with mood and anxiety difficulties, suicidality, trauma, interpersonal issues, and existential concerns, including serious illness and fear of death. Additionally, I have clinical research experience centred around best practices for engaging men in psychotherapy.
Therapeutically, I draw from approaches that emphasise acceptance, self-compassion, and values-aligned behavioural change. I view mental health challenges as emerging from the stories of our lives—our experiences, relationships, and the environments we move through—rather than as something to be blamed on the individual. My approach centres on exploring these influences to foster understanding and change.
In my free time, I love moving my body and have a keen interest in Eastern philosophy and contemplative practices.

I am a Level 3 Mental Health Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association and I work with adults and young people aged 15+. I have extensive experience working with ADHD and Autism and I am passionate about helping newly diagnosed or self-identifying clients understand, explore and integrate their neurodivergent identity through an affirming lens. I also enjoy working with culturally diverse clients due to my own multicultural upbringing and lived experience. I always aims to create a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, inclusive and culturally-informed space for all my clients.
If you’re looking to explore life’s challenges through a self-development lens, we might be a great fit. As a counsellor, my focus is on understanding your unique experiences and supporting your growth, whether or not a formal diagnosis is part of your journey. I believe that meaningful change can happen through connection, self-awareness, and building strategies that align with your goals — creating a space where you can feel heard, supported, and free to be yourself.
Therapeutically, I tailor and adopt an eclectic approach in my sessions to help clients improve self-compassion and self-understanding for a better quality of life. I use a range of evidence-based modalities such as Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Comittment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as emotional and physical regulation strategies.
In my spare time, I enjoy doing pilates and Muay Thai, and spending time with family and friends. You’ll often also find me curled up with my cat ‘Juice’, with a medical drama in the background.

Therapy is a deeply personal and individual experience, which is why I tailor my practice to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
After working with individuals to understand who they are and their goals for therapy, sessions focus on building an understanding of patterns and challenges in a client’s life and exploring coping strategies to support them in reaching their goals.
Building a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients is an important part of therapy, and so I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where individuals can explore challenging emotions, thoughts, and experiences with curiosity, empathy, and without fear of judgment or stigma.
My therapeutic approach is relaxed and affirming, and I enjoy providing inclusive care that celebrates the identities of neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Though I primarily work with adults, I have experience working with individuals aged 16+.

I have particular interests in working with self-criticism, sleep disorders, neurodivergence (including exploring potential neurodivergence or following a recent diagnosis), and supporting individuals in navigating life stressors and adjustments.
I work with adults and young people (18+) and am committed to providing LGBTQIA+ inclusive, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming care. I enjoy working across a range of cultural groups and have experience in various settings, including tertiary institutes, regional community health, and remote Indigenous Australian communities in Central Australia.

I believe that therapeutic relationships are unique and powerful. I aim to create a space where you can share without fear of judgement, deepen your connection to self, and bring about meaningful change in your life. As I often say to clients — change takes time, I know you are doing the best you can, and I will hold hope for you when things are feeling hard.
My interpersonal style is warm, open and affirming. I am dedicated to providing treatment which is evidence-based, collaborative and holistic. I draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT + CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT).
I have experience working with adults with a range of mental health presentations. I have a specialised interest in working with eating disorders, and also with persistent pain. In working with these conditions, I understand the impact that stigma and discrimination has on both mental and physical health. I am aligned with Health at Every Size principles and engage in ongoing learning to be neurodiverse affirming, LGBTIQA+ inclusive, and sex positive.
In my life outside of psychology I am a yoga facilitator and creative at heart. I love exploring different forms of movement, getting lost in creative projects, and I take rest in nature. As we work together, I'm excited to learn what brings you ease and joy. -
